I will be comparing two laptops which I personally got and have reviewed and feel I should share my experience on both the 13-inch and the 15-inch MacBook Pros.
Looking at the content, they have almost same features, such as HDMI, 3 USB ports, Thunderbolt, magnetic charger port, and same type of keyboards. They have retina display though different screen sizes.
As regards the Apple for Education UK, it also works for Ipads, Iphones, MacBooks, and all the products, including the Apple Care. It gives you about 18% off, as you may see a 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display, costing £1,359.60 instead of the normal £ 1,599.00 or $1,999.00 with same specification as follows:
15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display
2.2GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHz
16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM
256GB PCIe-based Flash Storage
Intel Iris Pro Graphics
Force Touch trackpad
Backlit Keyboard (British) & User's Guide (English)
Accessory Kit.
Also, a 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display with UK student discount will cost £1,203.60 instead of £1,599.00 or $1,799.00 with the same specifications as follows:
13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display
2.9GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.3GHz
8GB 1866MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM
512GB PCIe-based Flash Storage
Intel Iris Graphics 6100
Force Touch trackpad
Backlit Keyboard (British) & User's Guide (English).
My review shows that 13-inch MacBook Pro has better battery efficiency (of 10 hours) than the 15-inch MacBook Pro (which has 9 hours), and is a better deal for your money. The screen difference is not much and the value is worth it. Also, if you are a tudent or writer and you love to work on your bed, it is better because the 13-inch MacBook Pro is about 0.5kg lighter than the 15-inch MacBook Pro- who care about big bulky size this present day.
Hello there guys! I need to sell my computer for a good price. What is the best website to sell your Apple Mac in UK? Thanks for advice!
