When men can't handle deep women

The deeper you are, the harder it becomes for you to find someone who wants to have a relationship with you. You can go out on a lot of dates but at some point the relationship fails to progress any further and that is mainly because of the intensity of your depth. Not every man is strong enough to handle a deep woman. Here’s why:
1. A deep woman asks deep questions. A deep woman will probe further into your life and ask questions that you may not be prepared to answer. Even on the first date, she will dig deeper and ask personal and philosophical questions – she will never enjoy a shallow conversation.
2. A deep woman is honest. Too honest – often blunt. A deep woman takes her integrity seriously and one thing she believes in is honesty. If you ask her anything, she will tell you the truth and she expects the same from you.
3. A deep woman knows what she wants. Or who she wants. A deep woman knows right away if she likes you and doesn’t need to date around or explore her other options to be sure of her feelings. Her heart only beats for a special few people and she knows them right away.
4. A deep woman wants a deep relationship. She wants long conversations about your life, she wants to hear stories about your past, she wants to understand your pain and she wants to add value to your life. She wants a real relationship that goes beyond going out and having fun.
5. A deep woman is not afraid of intimacy. She is not afraid of getting closer or risking getting hurt in the process. She doesn’t think it will entrap her freedom or make her vulnerable. Her depth and intimacy go hand in hand and she will always cherish the beauty of intimacy in relationships.
6. A deep woman sees through you. She can see who you really are and what makes you vulnerable. She is not the one to hold back from pointing out what she sees in you or how well she can read you. Even though it makes you uncomfortable, she wants you to know that she understands you and that you can be yourself around her.
7. A deep woman craves consistency. She gets turned off by inconsistency or flaky behavior. She desires a strong connection and a solid bond and she knows that consistency is the foundation of that bond. A deep woman will not participate in the dating games.
8. A deep woman is intense. She may be slightly intimidating because she brings intensity to everything she does. Her emotions are intense and so are her thoughts. She will never be indifferent about things that matter to her – not everyone is strong enough to handle her intensity.
9. A deep woman only knows how to love deeply. If you can’t love her deeply, she will walk away. She doesn’t know how to casually date someone she’s really into or be friends with someone she has feelings for. A deep woman knows when someone can’t meet her halfway and she will slowly detach herself from anyone who is not willing to give her the deep love she is looking for.
10. A deep woman won’t wait for you. She will not wait for you to make up your mind or watch you be hesitant about her. She is strong and passionate and will not waste her emotions on someone who doesn’t appreciate their depth. Even though she is looking for a special kind of love, a deep woman is not afraid of being on her own.

Get My Music on Spotify for FREE

There are millions of users all over the world who are already using Spotify. If you dont already know, Spotify is a music streaming service, which allows users to create playlists and listen to tracks from millions of artists worldwide. Previously, it hasnt been very easy to get your music on Spotify and as they are about to launch in the USA it is now very important to join the leading music service.
RouteNote allows artists to get their music onto Spotify and other streaming music services for FREE. All artists need to do is head to RouteNote.com and signup for an account. Once you have signed up, you are able to upload your music and choose the partners you would like to send your music to. Its that easy!
There are so many other music distributors out there that charge artsits a lot of money for this service, plus most also charge per store. RouteNote is the ONLY distributor that doesnt charge any upfront fees!
Spotify and other streaming services are very important for artists. These services dont currently make artists huge amounts of revenues (unless you have millions of plays). These services are used more for promotion and as the internet progresses these service will make a lot more money and it will become the main revenue stream for artists (just my opinion).
Anyways, make sure you head to RouteNote.com and signup! Its that easy!

HOW TO SEND TRACKS, PLAYLISTS, AND MORE FROM SPOTIFY

To send music to someone’s Spotify Inbox, you need to have him in your People list first. Because you can add anyone who has a public profile to your People list, you may be a stranger to your recipient (and you might receive tracks from people you don’t know).
When you click the People link ion the left-hand sidebar, all your Facebook friends are displayed in the main pane, along with any public profiles you may have manually added. You can hover over a friend’s name and click Add to Favorites to add them to your right-hand sidebar. This makes it easier to send tracks to them and view the playlists and top tracks displayed on their profile pages.
Once you’ve added your favorite profiles to the right-hand sidebar, you can easily send them tracks, playlists or albums. Once you find the item that you want to send to a Spotify friend, click and drag it to that person’s name in the People sidebar. A dialog box pops up, which includes a text box where you can add a brief optional message. Click Send Track (or Artist, Playlist, or Album) when you finish adding your message.
Alternatively, you can click the People link to view all your Facebook friends (and other Spotify profiles you’ve manually added) in the main pane. Click a name to access her profile. Your top tracks are displayed by default. Click Send Track under a desired song to send a link to that track to your friend (they need to have Spotify to be able to play it).
Alternatively, click Search for something instead to manually search for a track, and send it that way. You can include an optional message.
Alternatively, click a Share icon anywhere within Spotify and, in the pop-up window that appears, click the Spotify tab. In the To field, start typing the name of the friend to whom you’re sending the item — a drop-down list of recipients from your People list appears; select the friend you want to send it to.
In the Message text box, add an optional note, and then click Send Track (or Artist, Playlist, or Album, depending on what you’re sending).
To send more than one item at a time, Ctrl-click (Command-click on a Mac) the items that you want, and then click and drag them to the person’s name in the People sidebar. Note that you can’t send more than 100 tracks at a time, and you can send tracks to only one recipient at a time.

Book Summary: The Hard Hat by Jon Gordon

Introduction – The Hard Hat (A True Story) by Jon Gordon

“Great teammates don’t just impact you today; they impact you for the rest of your life” - Page 80

I think it’s fair to say that we’ve all had someone in our life who we’ve admired, who’s pushed us to be better, and who we’ve even tried to emulate in some regard. Those types of people are rare, special, and when we come across them, very hard to forget.
The Hard Hat by Jon Gordon is a true story about the life of George Boiardi, a Cornell Lacrosse player who tragically lost his life playing the game he loved in 2004. This profound story examines the life of a transcendent team leader and the teammate that we should all try to model. The author, Jon Gordon, takes lessons from George’s life, his team, and their legacy. He gives the reader 21 lessons to be a great teammate, along with 21 exercises (as a leader) to help you build a great team culture.
After reading this remarkable story, you’ll be able to understand how 11+ years after his passing, George is still having an incredible impact on his loved ones, Cornell Lacrosse, and many, many more people across the world, including you…
Golden Egg: 21 Way to Be a Great Teammate
“Leave the place better than you found it” - Page 72
When reading this book and writing this summary, I tried very hard to think of times in my professional career that being a “good teammate” was talked about and discussed. You hear it talked about all the time in sports, but very rarely in business.
In business, we talk a lot about the culture of an organization or the culture of our team and then that discussion very quickly becomes focused on leadership and what they are doing to drive that culture. And while the role of a leader in any business is critical for success, so often, we overlook the fact that people on the team have a responsibility to contribute to and to drive that culture as well.
Jon Gordon puts that very statement into perspective, that being a good teammate is something that one can work on, one can influence and one can become better at. And ultimately, by doing so, you will naturally position yourself as a leader through your actions and how you treat people. It’s a very simple thought but one that I find rare especially in today’s ultra-competitive business environment.
I surmised from The Hard Hat that being a good teammate is can be just as influential to a team or organization as being a great leader. When it comes down to it, they are actually one in the same.
Gem #1: Remember Well-Done is better than Well-Said
“Some leaders lead by charisma. George led by example” - Page 49
Benjamin Franklin was famously quoted for saying “well done is better than well said.” This was the quote that George lived his life by. He wasn’t the type of leader to motivate and inspire his team with his words. Instead, he inspired them through his actions, effort, and by doing things the right way.
Anyone who is striving to be a leader can learn from George in that by setting the example for others through your actions, consistently, people will listen to you when you do speak because you will have earned their respect by how you operate on a daily basis.
Gem #2: Become a “Come with Me” Teammate
“Come with me and let’s get better” - Page 64
George’s defensive coach, Ben DeLuca, said, “George was a come with me kind of leader and teammate”. He always included others in additional workouts or practice sessions outside of regular team activities and was the kind of person to make his whole team better by simply encouraging them to join him.
This is a powerful lesson, to be a great leader and a great teammate. Jon Gordon says it best in the book,
“If you want to be good, focus on making yourself better. If you want to be great, focus on making yourself and your team better” - Page 65.
Simply by investing extra time to help and encourage others to do something positive along with you, you’re help to create relationships that will benefit everyone involved which will ultimately help your team and organization achieve the results that you’re seeking.
Do this enough and perhaps you can have a lasting impact like the one George had with his teammates and the Cornell Lacrosse program.
Closing
The Hard Hat by Jon Gordon was an incredibly engaging, touching, and insightful read that I would recommend to anyone trying to become a better leader, teammate, coach, or parent.
George’s life tells a story that can be very easily applied to not only the sports arena but also the business world. While, the principles in the book are not ground-breaking, this way the message is delivered along with the real-life examples through the incredible life-story of George Boiardi and the unbelievable impact the Cornell Lacrosse program is making by continuing to carry his legacy to the world!
I’ll leave you by asking, would your peers on your team, say they consider you a great teammate? If not, what will you do to change that?

Lean On Me

Do u know this song? Kirk Franklin - Lean On Me ft. Mary J. Blige, Bono, The Family, R. Kelly, Crystal Lewis

It tells a story of a child who is ill and her mum is looking after her child and then she is worried but the Lord tells her, that she should learn on Him. That He is here and he can see your tears and he can hear u when u call...

7 Must-Read Success Lessons from Les Brown

1. Learn to Win
“There are winners, there are losers, and there are people who have not yet learned how to win.”
Know which battles you shouldn’t be trying to win.  Play to your strengths, there are some things that you will never succeed in, more importantly, there are some things that ONLY you can succeed in.
2. Plant a Tree
“Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
This Web site has almost 8,000 subscribers because several years ago, I decided to start a self-development Web site, with 1 subscriber, myself.
To sit in the shade you must first plant a tree.  Plant a tree today, though it be small, it’s latter end will be great.
3. Twice Every Day
“Review your goals twice every day in order to be focused on achieving them. Goals help you channel your energy into action.”
Place your goals in a place where you see them every day.  If you don’t see them, you will forget about them.  If you forget about them, it is self-evident that you will not achieve them.  Place your top three goals in a place where you will see them every day.
4. Stretch Yourself
“If you put yourself in a position where you have to stretch outside your comfort zone, then you are forced to expand your consciousness.”
To change your life, you must change the way you think.
In January of this year I listened to/read 27 books.  On January 31st, I saw things very differently then I saw them on January 1st – my consciousness had expanded.
Stretch yourself, challenge yourself; challenge the way you think, challenge what you eat, what you read, how you spend your time – you change by stretching yourself.
5. Get Your “But” Out the Way
“The only limits to the possibilities in your life tomorrow are the buts you use today.”
…But I’m too old, too young, I’ve waited too long, I’ve messed up too many times, I’m misunderstood.  Your path to success is being blocked by your “but.”  Why you’re saying how and why something can’t be done, there’s somebody out there doing it.  Get your “but” out the way!
6. Land on Your Back
“When life knocks you down, try to land on your back. Because if you can look up, you can get up. Let your reason get you back up.”
You may have been knocked down, you may be convinced that you won’t succeed, but if you can look up, you can get up.  Get up one more time!  You are not your past mistakes; you have within you the ability to succeed, so look up!
7. Change
“You cannot expect to achieve new goals or move beyond your present circumstances unless you change.”
At the end of the day, these are just cute quotes if you don’t decide to change.  You have to make a decision, you have to decide to maximize your potential.
Good is not good enough when you’re destined to be great.  Get up, look up, and succeed!

How to attend university courses for free, online

How to attend university courses for free, online

Today I want to indicate you a couple of websites you may find very interesting especially if you would like to learn new things in your free time (yes why not?)

Citing wikipedia

Coursera is a for-profit educational technology company founded by computer science professors Andrew Ng and Daphne Koller from Stanford University that offers massive open online courses (MOOCs). Coursera works with universities to make some of their courses available online, and offers courses in physics, engineeringhumanities, medicine, biology, social sciences, mathematics, business, computer science, and other subjects. As of April 2014, Coursera has 7.1 million users in 641 courses from 108 institutions.

The website and the lectures and the hosted material (videos, assignment, lecture notes) are 100% free but in some cases a fee applies to get (after the final passing of the exam) an official certificate.

The courses are really well done and taught by some famous professors from well-known Universities (e.g. Stanford, Princeton).

In my opinion an absolute must!

MIT OpenCourseWare (OCW)

Again from wikipedia

MIT OpenCourseWare (MIT OCW) is an initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to put all of the educational materials from its undergraduate- and graduate-level courses online, partly free and openly available to anyone, anywhere. MIT OpenCourseWare is a large-scale, web-based publication of MIT course materials.

Even if the MIT OCW hosts less courses and it is also less organized compared to coursera, is definitely a must!
