Your are a Success balling

Your mess is your message and your vision is your permission to move. How are you holding up today? Do you compare your life with other people's lives and feel you are not doing well? Do you think the last 5 years or more you spent caring for your parents has been in vain or a waste of your money and time? Do you feel that degree you are pursuing is not what you should have? Be bold and have a positive spirit today. Life is coined with puzzles and mazes. However, you alone can decipher the clue to it because it is always there in front of you. Be proactive, face that challenge, do right by yourself and life will be simple for you. Rosemary Nonny Knight made a point on this which I want to share here: Everyone thinks they have to show up in the world as having it all together... They want to put on a mask and be all perfect... Knowing all things, being all things to all people, saviour of the world types that actually do not do very much at all because all their energy is taken up with trying to pretend they have it all made! And yet, we all KNOW that you are putting on a front! We all KNOW it and we dislike you for trying to be perfect (just so you know!) And we turn our backs on your crazy nonsense! The people we admire are the AUTHENTIC ones - the real ones that wear their hearts on their sleeves and somehow manage to keep things going... The ones that encourage us to believe that even though things are not perfect now, we have a shot! They show us that we could make more stuff happen if we just stayed on the journey... I used to be that person, pretending to know it all, pretending to always be happy and full of life but over the last year or so, I have progressively taken off the layers and laid myself bare more and more and more to the people I am called to serve... Why? Because I truly care for your happiness and it really does not serve you to think that getting everything you want is going to be a happy walk in the park while singing happy-clappy songs and doing nothing more than wishing for it! That has not worked for anyone I know, and I highly doubt that it will work for you! But then people get in their heads this idea that their hardship is theirs alone... that no one else has gone through the same nonsense... they make it mean that they cannot make their own business work... They make it mean any number of crazy things and guess what! It just means you are on the journey! And the ones that really make it and go on to impact crazy amounts of people and make an awesome amount of money, are simply the ones who own all their craziness, lay it on the line and keep doing the work anyway! Yes, honey, your mess is your message! Especially if you are one of my peeps, called to inspire, teach, coach, speak, heal... Then for real... No one wants your perfect, "I-have-it-all-together" nonsense... That may have worked in your corporate career where everyone is fake but in the entrepreneur world... No one can relate to that and you will just sound like every other nonsensical person out there trying to be perfect and bland... Let that nonsense go! And also, let go of the fake authenticity where you are trying to pull on my heartstrings every other second... And hoping that I will cry my way to buying from you because you told me your story of rags to riches... I need to have a gut reaction to you... And that only happens when I see you being vulnerable AND authentic... Have you ever had a vulnerability hangover? As Brene Brown, I think, puts it... Where you share something with the world and you wonder if you are breaking your business by being that real? And frankly, you feel sick that you did such a crazy thing... And you wonder if you can be that real again but... But you cannot do it any other way anymore because you are committed to building a life surrounded by people you are called to serve? And so, you have to trust the fact that the real ones will come and everyone else will be repelled... And what if you have spent most of your business life attracting anyone from anywhere and so now as you decide to show up powerfully as yourself, messy message and all... As you finally start to pay attention to that true vision that you have always had and you finally give yourself permission to be you in all your messy glory... You then see all the people you sweat blood and tears to get onto your mailing list, you see them start to walk away because that was not what they signed up for and in that moment you worry that you are maybe going too far but you choose to trust... Trust that as you deliberately polarize the lookie-loos, you will finally get in touch with the real ones... But it is scary... In your present moment, it is scary... And you wonder... But you keep the faith, you keep showing up, you refuse to let the fear overwhelm you... You put your game face on and you trust that your story, your mess is exactly what your people need to hear... And you trust that the vision you have carried forever is all the permission you need to be your true real self calling in the people you want to serve... And honey, you just keep showing up... You set the goal for your business, for your life and then you release it and JUST SHOW UP! You tap into a deep courage within you just to be you and KNOW that it is enough! You stop indulging the fear, the self-doubt... You see it but you lay it to one side and you show up with your mess and with your glory and with your vision... You stop waiting for some external person to tell you to go... You say what must be said... And you release it... You stop caring so much about the result because you trust that your people are watching cautiously to start with and then little by little, they put their hands up and come closer into your world... And little by little, everything changes... The people you are surrounded by are exactly the people you saw in your vision of what life could be... Your bank account looks exactly how you saw it in your vision and in fact, you now wish you had asked for more and so you do... You wake up feeling good and excited about the work you are now doing and wonder why it took you so long to take off the limits that others (and yourself) had imposed on you because now, life feels so good... Business, life, life, business... All flowing lovely together... And you feel fulfilled but not so fulfilled that you are not already looking to the next thing... Ultimately, you learn by trusting that your mess is your true message and your vision has always been your permission to move. Is there a point to this? Your mess is your message - Share it... Your vision is your permission - MOVE! Fight for, deliberately design the life you are born to live Because you want to! Don't give up! DonVic believes in you greatly. You are the next in line for a miracle. However position yourself well to receive it. My father once said to be: "Chiemela, Never rest on your oars". I never understood it at first but those words lingered long in my head. Keep paddling, even if the waves of life's sea are moving in the opposite direction. You will get there, and your name will be heard too. Winston Churchill, the former Prime Minister of UK was invited to give a speech to some children in the primary school where he attended, and all he said was: "Never give up, Never ever give up, Never never ever give up!" No matter what life throws at you, you can use those stones and bricks to make a good foundation and build your dream house. You are an achiever, you are a warrior, you are a Victor. I bless you today, dream big. You too can be in Guinness Book of World Record, or win a Nobel Prize or be an International Ambassador. Greater things are on the way for you, simply open up your mind to possibilities. I believe in you. Maybe you thought today is so bleak, keep knocking at that wall, it will come down. At the end of the tunnel, there is always light. No matter who says you can't make it, tell them you can because DonVic says so. Life is no bed of roses, but we can get our beds with roses, only if we work harder. I know you are determined, and so success is knocking on your door, just open the door. Its as simple as that- Open the door to Success. Sometimes you are told you cannot make it, or be a manager at your place of work. People can say you will not see the stuff you want, be passionate. Look for people that will genuinely help you, teach you what you need to know, and seek knowledge like its all you need, and you will be both wiser and richer. In life, there is something people don't see behind a successful man, and that is the time, challenges, effort, determination, failures he has had, losses he has had, trials he has had, etc. However, he stayed determined and became successful in his career/business. This is called the ICEBERG ILLUSION. People now want to associate with him simple because he has "arrived". Being a success mounts you up on wings like an eagle, but you must never forget your humble beginnings. Be humble, and know your root, and where you started. In trying to get to the top, you can climb on people's bags, receive help when you need it, do not be proud. Do not care what his family will think of you, if you think he/she can help you, try to reach out. Be polite and diplomatic in your actions but also be dependable. Know what you want and go for it. A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. In life, keep positive. They say: "opportunity comes but once" I say: Opportunity does not come just once, it comes many times, just be open and ready for it. You should never waste any opportunity given to you, because time is precious. Time lost can never be regained. Plan yourself well, use your time wisely. My prayer for you today is that you will be a solution provider. Nations will come to you for advise. You shall make it big time, just believe. Believe in yourself and trust GOD. God is the ultimate. Healthy without Fibroids

It is not easy dealing with Fibroids, as it hurts more than Ulcer. My late mum had fibroid  and it really was a painful ailment that she had to cope with, live with, manage and seek various sources of help. She tried them all: surgery, medical pills prescribed by her physician, to traditional herbs, but yet the pain was there. She even had to change food lifestyle, and I can remember those ginger, garlic, lime, lemon and the ones I don't know about.

Are you a lady? My advise is watch what you eat. Avoid things with high cholesterol, and reduce taking meat- both red meat and white meat. Avoid eggs, if you must take, never go above one egg a day. Be yourself and always eat like a lady.

Do more of vegetables, salad, nuts, less of fatty food and less of fries. Do some excercises, even if it be walking. Be active at using the gym, or doing a routine of exercise and have rest. Be encouraged, be positive, live a happy life and keep fit. It will make you fab and healthy.

From research, fibroids are the most frequently seen tumors of the female reproductive system, as they are also known as uterine myomas, leiomyomas, or fibromas, are firm, compact tumors that are made of smooth muscle cells and fibrous connective tissue that develop in the uterus. It is estimated that between 20 to 50 percent of women of reproductive age have fibroids. Some estimates state that up to 30 to 77 percent of women will develop Fibroids sometime during their childbearing years.

Generally, women who are approaching menopause are at the greatest risk of fibroids because of their long exposure to high levels of estrogen. According to a statistic report, 1 in 4 women in Nigeria have Fibroids between the age of 30-50 years.

The causes of Fibroids can be traced to the unhealthy lifestyle that women now live. The lifestyle we now live in this century cannot be compared with the natural lifestyles of the people of old. As I mentioned earlier, there are so many things that are bringing in a lot of estrogen (hormone influencing the growth of Fibroids) into the body systems now, like plastics, pesticides and even the foods and the processes under which we breed animals for consumption. Most of these things, including fishes, are bred artificially. So they store those hormones that we are imbibing and that is what is causing Fibroid problems.

The symptoms of fibroids are the following:

Anemia (as a result of heavy periods)
Backache
Bloating regularly
Constipation
Discomfort in the lower abdomen (especially if fibroids are large)
Frequent urination
Heavy painful periods
Pain in the legs
Painful sex
Swelling in the lower abdomen (especially if fibroids are large)

The Complications associated with fibroids are:

• Abdominal pains–Fibroids can cause swelling and discomfort in the lower abdomen. A Fibroid patient may also have a sensation of being constipated. Fibroids can also cause pain in bowel movements.
• Infertility and Repeated Miscarriages – Fibroids can cause infertility in a number of different ways. A Fibroid can cause compression on the fallopian tubes resulting in a blockage of the passage of sperm or eggs. Fibroid can also distort the pelvic anatomy sufficiently to make it difficult for the fallopian tube to capture an egg at the time of ovulation. If a fibroid extends into the uterine cavity or causes distortion of the uterine cavity, it may present a mechanical barrier to implantation. Studies suggests that Fibroids in the muscle portion of the uterus can cause an alteration or reduction of blood flow to the uterine lining making it more difficult for an implanted embryo to grow and develop. 
• Pregnancy complications – Studies have suggested an increased risk of certain problems during pregnancy in women with Fibroids, including difficulties with labor, breech presentation of the fetus, premature rupture of the “bag of waters”, and abruptionof the placenta (a condition in which the placenta separates from the uterine wall during the pregnancy).
• Repeated Miscarriages – Fibroids can cause repeated miscarriages, as studies also suggests that even small Fibroids that grow inside of the uterine cavity may act as a foreign body and result in an inflammatory reaction that makes the uterine environment hostile for an embryo to implant, making it difficult for the woman to get pregnant. They can affect whether sperm and egg meet, they can affect whether an embryo can implant, they can affect whether a pregnancy can continue, and they can affect the growth and positioning of the baby.‎
• Menorrhagia (heavy periods/increased bleeding)– Fibroids may cause the menstrual bleeding to be heavier, or increase in the duration of bleeding or may cause bleeding in between periods. Some women may have a combination of bleeding symptoms. The presence and degree of uterine bleeding is determined mainly by the location of the fibroid. Women with Fibroids that protrude into the uterus are more likely to have significant increase in bleeding.

Happiness in Life

You have a Private jet, I have a Bicycle, we both end up at working at maybe different workplaces.

You were born in a first class hospital, I was delivered at home, we both survived.

You went to a private primary school and I went to a public school, we both ended in the same tertiary institution.



You woke up from the bed and I woke from the floor, we both had a peaceful night rest.

Your outfits are all expensive, mine are all simple and cheap, we both still cover our nakedness.

You ate fried rice and roasted chicken, I ate local made food but we both still ate to our satisfaction.

You ride on Lexus jeep, Range Rover, G Wagon, Hummer Jeep and I use public transport but we still got to our various destination.

You may be reading this post from your iPhone 6s, Sony Xperia, Blackberry Q10, Samsung Galaxy 6edge,  and I typed it with my Touch one broken screen, we still see the message.

Lifestyle is not a competition and there are different ways to get a lot of things done, different lanes all leading to the same destination. Simply because your neighbor is doing things faster does not mean you are failing. The book of Proverbs admonishes us that grace of speed is not given to all but we all should pray for God's speed and we will arriv on time.

The tortoise said "Though he moves slowly, but he will get there", meaning slow and steady wins the race.

Happiness doesn't come from having everything, but making the best out of what you have, it's all about how you see yourself. Happiness is not having what you like. Happiness is liking what you have and being content. Hope I spoke to someone? Have a lovely day and know that happiness is a choice
