Your are a Success balling

Your mess is your message and your vision is your permission to move. How are you holding up today? Do you compare your life with other people's lives and feel you are not doing well? Do you think the last 5 years or more you spent caring for your parents has been in vain or a waste of your money and time? Do you feel that degree you are pursuing is not what you should have? Be bold and have a positive spirit today. Life is coined with puzzles and mazes. However, you alone can decipher the clue to it because it is always there in front of you. Be proactive, face that challenge, do right by yourself and life will be simple for you. Rosemary Nonny Knight made a point on this which I want to share here: Everyone thinks they have to show up in the world as having it all together... They want to put on a mask and be all perfect... Knowing all things, being all things to all people, saviour of the world types that actually do not do very much at all because all their energy is taken up with trying to pretend they have it all made! And yet, we all KNOW that you are putting on a front! We all KNOW it and we dislike you for trying to be perfect (just so you know!) And we turn our backs on your crazy nonsense! The people we admire are the AUTHENTIC ones - the real ones that wear their hearts on their sleeves and somehow manage to keep things going... The ones that encourage us to believe that even though things are not perfect now, we have a shot! They show us that we could make more stuff happen if we just stayed on the journey... I used to be that person, pretending to know it all, pretending to always be happy and full of life but over the last year or so, I have progressively taken off the layers and laid myself bare more and more and more to the people I am called to serve... Why? Because I truly care for your happiness and it really does not serve you to think that getting everything you want is going to be a happy walk in the park while singing happy-clappy songs and doing nothing more than wishing for it! That has not worked for anyone I know, and I highly doubt that it will work for you! But then people get in their heads this idea that their hardship is theirs alone... that no one else has gone through the same nonsense... they make it mean that they cannot make their own business work... They make it mean any number of crazy things and guess what! It just means you are on the journey! And the ones that really make it and go on to impact crazy amounts of people and make an awesome amount of money, are simply the ones who own all their craziness, lay it on the line and keep doing the work anyway! Yes, honey, your mess is your message! Especially if you are one of my peeps, called to inspire, teach, coach, speak, heal... Then for real... No one wants your perfect, "I-have-it-all-together" nonsense... That may have worked in your corporate career where everyone is fake but in the entrepreneur world... No one can relate to that and you will just sound like every other nonsensical person out there trying to be perfect and bland... Let that nonsense go! And also, let go of the fake authenticity where you are trying to pull on my heartstrings every other second... And hoping that I will cry my way to buying from you because you told me your story of rags to riches... I need to have a gut reaction to you... And that only happens when I see you being vulnerable AND authentic... Have you ever had a vulnerability hangover? As Brene Brown, I think, puts it... Where you share something with the world and you wonder if you are breaking your business by being that real? And frankly, you feel sick that you did such a crazy thing... And you wonder if you can be that real again but... But you cannot do it any other way anymore because you are committed to building a life surrounded by people you are called to serve? And so, you have to trust the fact that the real ones will come and everyone else will be repelled... And what if you have spent most of your business life attracting anyone from anywhere and so now as you decide to show up powerfully as yourself, messy message and all... As you finally start to pay attention to that true vision that you have always had and you finally give yourself permission to be you in all your messy glory... You then see all the people you sweat blood and tears to get onto your mailing list, you see them start to walk away because that was not what they signed up for and in that moment you worry that you are maybe going too far but you choose to trust... Trust that as you deliberately polarize the lookie-loos, you will finally get in touch with the real ones... But it is scary... In your present moment, it is scary... And you wonder... But you keep the faith, you keep showing up, you refuse to let the fear overwhelm you... You put your game face on and you trust that your story, your mess is exactly what your people need to hear... And you trust that the vision you have carried forever is all the permission you need to be your true real self calling in the people you want to serve... And honey, you just keep showing up... You set the goal for your business, for your life and then you release it and JUST SHOW UP! You tap into a deep courage within you just to be you and KNOW that it is enough! You stop indulging the fear, the self-doubt... You see it but you lay it to one side and you show up with your mess and with your glory and with your vision... You stop waiting for some external person to tell you to go... You say what must be said... And you release it... You stop caring so much about the result because you trust that your people are watching cautiously to start with and then little by little, they put their hands up and come closer into your world... And little by little, everything changes... The people you are surrounded by are exactly the people you saw in your vision of what life could be... Your bank account looks exactly how you saw it in your vision and in fact, you now wish you had asked for more and so you do... You wake up feeling good and excited about the work you are now doing and wonder why it took you so long to take off the limits that others (and yourself) had imposed on you because now, life feels so good... Business, life, life, business... All flowing lovely together... And you feel fulfilled but not so fulfilled that you are not already looking to the next thing... Ultimately, you learn by trusting that your mess is your true message and your vision has always been your permission to move. Is there a point to this? Your mess is your message - Share it... Your vision is your permission - MOVE! Fight for, deliberately design the life you are born to live Because you want to! Don't give up! DonVic believes in you greatly. You are the next in line for a miracle. However position yourself well to receive it. My father once said to be: "Chiemela, Never rest on your oars". I never understood it at first but those words lingered long in my head. Keep paddling, even if the waves of life's sea are moving in the opposite direction. You will get there, and your name will be heard too. Winston Churchill, the former Prime Minister of UK was invited to give a speech to some children in the primary school where he attended, and all he said was: "Never give up, Never ever give up, Never never ever give up!" No matter what life throws at you, you can use those stones and bricks to make a good foundation and build your dream house. You are an achiever, you are a warrior, you are a Victor. I bless you today, dream big. You too can be in Guinness Book of World Record, or win a Nobel Prize or be an International Ambassador. Greater things are on the way for you, simply open up your mind to possibilities. I believe in you. Maybe you thought today is so bleak, keep knocking at that wall, it will come down. At the end of the tunnel, there is always light. No matter who says you can't make it, tell them you can because DonVic says so. Life is no bed of roses, but we can get our beds with roses, only if we work harder. I know you are determined, and so success is knocking on your door, just open the door. Its as simple as that- Open the door to Success. Sometimes you are told you cannot make it, or be a manager at your place of work. People can say you will not see the stuff you want, be passionate. Look for people that will genuinely help you, teach you what you need to know, and seek knowledge like its all you need, and you will be both wiser and richer. In life, there is something people don't see behind a successful man, and that is the time, challenges, effort, determination, failures he has had, losses he has had, trials he has had, etc. However, he stayed determined and became successful in his career/business. This is called the ICEBERG ILLUSION. People now want to associate with him simple because he has "arrived". Being a success mounts you up on wings like an eagle, but you must never forget your humble beginnings. Be humble, and know your root, and where you started. In trying to get to the top, you can climb on people's bags, receive help when you need it, do not be proud. Do not care what his family will think of you, if you think he/she can help you, try to reach out. Be polite and diplomatic in your actions but also be dependable. Know what you want and go for it. A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. In life, keep positive. They say: "opportunity comes but once" I say: Opportunity does not come just once, it comes many times, just be open and ready for it. You should never waste any opportunity given to you, because time is precious. Time lost can never be regained. Plan yourself well, use your time wisely. My prayer for you today is that you will be a solution provider. Nations will come to you for advise. You shall make it big time, just believe. Believe in yourself and trust GOD. God is the ultimate. Stay great. See you at the top! Happy sabbath, Best wishes to you. DonVic cares....

Hard things to achieve successful

Success does not come easy. Ask any one who has made it to the top of the ladder of success and he/she will tell you that it was not a bed of roses. Success can often be a result of a life of self denial.
How often do we hear the saying ‘You cannot eat your cake and have it’. This is so true about success. You have to be
willing to do or face those things that 80% of the people don’t want to do or face to be a success story. Please continue below to a write-up I came across a while ago. Unfortunately I cannot remember where or how I came across this article.
In order to achieve success in life, You have to do the hard things.
1. You have to make the call you’re afraid to make.
2. You have to get up earlier than you want to get up.
3. You have to give more than you get in return right away.
4. You have to care more about others than they care about you.
5. You have to fight when you are already injured, bloody, and sore.
6. You have to feel unsure and insecure when playing it safe seems smarter.
7. You have to lead when no one else is following you yet.
8. You have to invest in yourself even though no one else is.
9. You have to look like a fool while you’re looking for answers you don’t have.
10. You have to grind out the details when it’s easier to shrug them off.
11. You have to deliver results when making excuses is an option.
12. You have to search for your own explanations even when you’re told to accept the “facts.”
13. You have to make mistakes and look like an idiot.
14. You have to try and fail and try again.
15. You have to run faster even though you’re out of breath.
16. You have to be kind to people who have been cruel to you.
17. You have to meet deadlines that are unreasonable and deliver results that are unparalleled.
18. You have to be accountable for your actions even when things go wrong.
19. You have to keep moving towards where you want to be no matter what’s in front of you.
You have to do the hard things. The things that no one else is doing. The things that scare you. The things that make  you wonder how much longer you can hold on.
Those are the things that define you. Those are the things that make the difference between living a life of mediocrity or outrageous success.
The hard things are the easiest things to avoid. To excuse away. To pretend like they don’t apply to you. The simple truth about how ordinary people accomplish outrageous feats of success is that they do the hard things that smarter, wealthier, more qualified people don’t have the courage – or desperation – to do.
Do the hard things. You might be surprised at how amazing you really are.

Bill Gates: 5 Success Attitudes

If you’re looking for a role model of lifelong success, you can’t do much better than Bill Gates.
Microsoft, the company he founded, created a whole industry. At a net worth of nearly $80 billion, he’s one of the richest men in the world. His philanthropic activities have a far and wide reach and have actually made the world a better place. Lest we forget, he also achieved his dream of putting a personal computer on every desk.
What factors contributed to Bill Gates’s success?
He certainly was in the right place at the right time with the right concept for a product. But over the years, he himself has pointed to some of the attitudes he believes lead to continued success. They’re a good guide for anyone, in any field.
Here are some of the 5 most relevant attitudes he looks for–and which anyone can develop:
1. Knowing how to say no.
This is an advice Bill Gates got from Warren Buffett, and it’s extremely useful for everyone, whether you’re rich and successful or not. There will always be an unending supply of opportunities, things to do, causes you care about, and on and on. In this busy world, knowing when and how to say no to projects, social invitations, and other requests for your time may be the most important skill you need. It will allow you to figure out what’s truly important, and then focus your attention there.
2. Welcoming criticism.
“Embrace bad news to learn where you need the most improvement,” Gates advises in his book “Business @ the Speed of Thought”. While it’s never pleasant to hear someone tell you how you’ve screwed up, without that kind of feedback, your learning process and growth will be much slower. I find listening to criticism nearly always gives me perspective that I didn’t have, and that I need.
Of course, some criticism is not useful–so you have to use your judgment to tell the difference. With that in mind, next time someone wants to chew you out, don’t walk the other way. Stop, listen, thank them–and learn.
3. Optimism.
It can be hard to be optimistic in a world where so many things seem to be going wrong. But without optimism, no one would ever start a company, invest in a new idea, or try out a new product or market.
Gates appreciates the value of optimism, and since his work addresses some of the most disheartening problems on our planet, such as sex trafficking, hunger, and extreme poverty, he needs a lot of it. “Optimism is often dismissed as false hope,” he said in a Stanford commencement speech in 2013. “But there is also false hopelessness.”
4. Being willing to fail.
“Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose,” he wrote in his book The Road Ahead. Today’s can’t-fail product could wind up obsolete tomorrow, he explains, which could be what’s happening to desktop personal computers and the Windows operating system that often runs them.
You may find successes more enjoyable than failures, but it’s the failures that will teach you the most and give you the best opportunities to grow. Keep that in mind next time you fall flat on your face.
5. The ability to focus on a goal and keep progressing toward it.
In an annual letter from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Gates drew some lessons from the history of the steam engine. “You can achieve amazing progress if you set a clear goal and find a measure that will drive progress toward that goal,” he wrote. He went on to say that finding the right goal and the right metric for tracking one’s progress is surprisingly difficult.
Then again, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.

Key to Entrepreneurial Success is Hardword

Beneath all that joy and happiness, glitz and glamour of the successful launch of an entrepreneurial venture is a lot of hard work – Sheer Hard Work.
You may have all the skill possible. You may have spotted all the business opportunities possible in th world. You may even have access to all the necessary financing possible. Even done your market survey and plan etc. However, without hard work i.e the willingness to put in the extra shift necessary to creatively bring all of the above together to achieve your target, you will surely fail.
As a matter of fact, without hard work you will not be able to do all the necessary things to make your startup or business a success story. The possibility of conducting marketing survey and designing a market plan, crafting your business plan, arranging finance, putting your team together etc all require working hard extra long hours. Remember: There is no short road to success.
Of course, don’t get me wrong. Hard work alone will not take you to the promised land. Otherwise, every truck pusher, gravedigger etc who physically toil from dawn to dusk would have gotten stinkingly rich by now.
Take this story about Cooper Dressler who was recently elevated to being a team member of the Oracle America’s Cup boat racing team. Below are two quotes in his own words:
“At the beginning, I was sort of just a hired help”
“… A bit of labour, random things, packing containers. I learned how to drive a forklift pretty well …”
Going by his words: Having started out as a helper, his willingness to graft (work hard) on the boat led to his being upgraded to the sailing team.
According to Jimmy Spithill, the skipper who led the Oracle team to its first America’s Cup success, Dressler’s hardworking enterprise set him apart from the rest and convinced him to upgrade him to the sailing team. He has these to say about Cooper:
“Cooper is just a fantastic story … the most important thing is your attitude and your work ethic.”
“It didn’t matter what job he was doing, he was always upbeat, motivated – a great attitude. We all saw that and we thought ‘We’ve just got to have this guy on our team’.”
Hard work truly pays not only in the America’s Cup but in all spheres of life and even more so in the success of an Entrepreneur. Your hard work as evidenced from moving your project from the idea stage to the business plan stage will help convince potential partners, potential investors, potential team members (staff) etc to join up in bringing your idea to fruition.
Hard work pays! Always!

Succeed Regardless Of the Conditions

Hi Victor,

How do you Succeed Regardless Of the Conditions?

This is a wonderful day, a day that holds a lot of promise for you. I see you take it; you will not miss it.

As someone who has experienced the transforming power of ideas, I want to advise against the decision to wait for an ideal time before commencing on your idea. Hmm! When it comes to starting an idea usually, you may not have perfect conditions.

Here is what happens when you act quickly irrespective of the obstacles.

Forces are released to arrange circumstances, events and people to work with you and make sure the idea becomes a reality.

That was my experience when I got the idea to teach success principles on air.

It was a great idea but I did not have the funds to pay for airtime. Nevertheless, I took steps toward its fulfillment, I did relevant research including finding out the cost for the first quarter on radio and guess what?

The money came. Someone surprisingly paid for the first quarter.

So, do not allow any obstacle hold you back; launch out on your idea.

When you act boldly, unforeseen forces will come to your aid.

You will succeed!

Connection to Your Next Level of Success

Great day Victor,
Do you know The Connection to Your Next Level of Success?

I see you experiencing increase on all sides today. I would like for you to take out time to ponder on this.

One idea speedily acted on is the connection to your next level of success.

A friend got an idea to write a small pamphlet on how to organise personal retreats. The following day, he embarked on a two-day personal retreat to put the thoughts together. During which, he experienced an unusual inspiration and an expanded idea to turn the book into a bigger project. Now he organises retreats for corporate executives who pay him handsome amounts of money to attend. His manual on retreat has also been of tremendous benefit to many.

Some years back, God dropped an idea in my mind to start radio broadcasts teaching people on success principles. I acted on the idea, starting small with some initial challenges. The radio broadcast was called Success Power. Today Success Power broadcasts are on most of television stations in Nigeria and have gone international, airing in some African countries and other continents of the world. Again, I had an idea to start an online coaching tagged, Sam Adeyemi Coaching Programme (SACP).

If you are reading this message today, it is a result of acting on that idea. What of if I just put the idea in my diary and did nothing about it? Oh! My goodness! Countless lives would have missed out on its awesome benefits.

Likewise people are waiting to be blessed by your idea; start now!

See you at the top!
